Requirements to Join Our Team
To ensure your success, here's what we're looking for:
Age: At least 19 years old.
Commitment: Availability for 2-3 shifts per week (about 20 hours weekly) for a minimum of one year.
Typing Speed: Minimum 60 words per minute.
Remote Work Environment: A HIPAA-compliant home office or quiet workspace with a noise-canceling headset and built-in microphone.
Technological Setup:
Reliable desktop or laptop computer (Windows 10/11 or macOS Catalina or later).
Minimum specs: 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD.
High-definition webcam for video calls and consultations.
Internet Connectivity: Minimum broadband speed of 25 Mbps.
Education: College coursework in biology, anatomy, or medical terminology is preferred but not required.
Experience: Clinical environment experience is a plus but not necessary.
Personality Traits: Self-motivated, eager to learn, customer-oriented, and adaptable.

Typical schedules depend on site placement:
