We are looking for a Medical Scribe/Coding Manager to join our team and help support this mission.
Location: 1797 Pitkin Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11212
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Salary: $55K - $60K annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of medical scribes and coders.
Ensure accurate medical documentation and coding in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with physicians to streamline documentation and coding processes.
Conduct audits to ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines.
Provide training and ongoing support for team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is mandatory.
3+ years of experience in medical scribing and/or coding, with leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology, coding practices, and EHR systems.
