MOPAR CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM)
UP TO $20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
UP TO $45.00 PER HOUR
Job is located in Independence Iowa
Rydell of Independence is looking to add an experienced Mopar-certified automotive technician skilled in servicing Chrysler, Dodge Jeep and RAM vehicles to our staff. We are offering up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and will pay up to $45.00 per hour! You will work in a new clean, well-lit, and air-conditioned shop with new equipment and tools.
Our dealership is in Independence, Iowa which is 26 miles from Waterloo, 40 miles from Cedar Rapids, and 65 miles from Dubuque. Two years ago, we moved into a brand new $6.5 million dollar facility located on US highway 20 and Iowa highway 150. We currently sell and service Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles and have a staff of 30 employees. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Perform automotive repair work with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
- Communicate directly with the service advisors so they can communicate your findings and recommendations to customers.
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications
- Mopar certification level 2 or above
- 2 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
