**Mortgage Loan Originator**

We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and leverage your skills in both real estate and mortgage lending.

**Position Overview:**

- **Remote Work:** This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and convenience.
- **Dual Licensing:** Ideal candidates are dual-licensed as realtors and Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs). This allows you to earn commissions on both real estate transactions and mortgage loans, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans.

**Job Requirements:**

- **Licensing:** Must hold an active NMLS Mortgage License. Dual-licensed realtors must have active licenses with the State of Florida.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Documentation:** Gather all necessary documentation required for processing mortgage loans.
- **Commission Options:** Choose between a lower mortgage loan commission split if you prefer to pass off mortgage loan prospects to another MLO, or handle the loan process yourself using a lender's processing department or a third-party loan processing company.
- **Creativity and Integrity:** This role requires originality, creativity, and a strong commitment to ethical practices. Fraud will not be tolerated, and any employee found to have committed fraud will face termination and potential legal action.

**Position Type:**

- Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
