Join Our Team of Exceptional Backup Care Nannies! 

Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? 

We’re looking for experienced, energetic, and flexible nannies to provide top-tier care to families in need of backup child care.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us: 

• Flexible Scheduling: Manage your schedule weekly through our personalized app.
• Diverse Experiences: Care for children ranging from infants to teens, providing engaging and meaningful experiences. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability for at least 2 full days per week.
• 2+ years of professional child care experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-aged children (reflected in your resume).
• 3-4 professional child care references.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.
• CPR Certification.
• A valid driver’s license and car (not required in NYC or San Francisco).
• Must be 18 years or older. 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: $20–$22 per hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
• Daily bonuses and overtime pay.
• Employee Status: Receive a W2 at year-end. 

Perks:

• Work 100 hours/month (about 23 hours/week) and enjoy: Membership to the International Nanny Association and access to a supportive Facebook group. Sick time pay as mandated by your state or city. Two extended education trainings annually.
• Work 150 hours/month and gain additional perks: A $75 monthly health care stipend. PTO and sick time. Access to a 401(k) plan after one year and 1,000 hours of service.
