Job Title : NetSuite ERP Specialist(US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, including configuration, customization, and support.
• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and system performance.
• Develop and implement workflows, scripts, and reports to meet business requirements.
• Manage data integrity, system security, and user access permissions.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other systems and platforms.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated with NetSuite updates and new features, applying them to improve the system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation, administration, and customization.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBuilder.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules, including finance, supply chain, CRM, and inventory management.
• Experience with creating saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports.
• Knowledge of integration tools and APIs for connecting NetSuite with other systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification.
• Experience with third-party integration tools like Celigo, Boomi, or Dell Boomi.
• Knowledge of SQL or other database management tools.
• Experience in a multi-subsidiary or international NetSuite environment.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
