Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor

Location: Murfreesboro, TN

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. This position requires a flexible schedule and open availability, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Balance and audit all daily financial transactions and reports.
• Manage front desk activities, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the security and safety of the hotel during the night shift.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform end-of-day procedures and ensure all departments have completed their tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hotel setting, preferably in a night audit role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or accounting is a plus.
• Must be a self motivated, people person dedicated to creating a positive Customer Experience
• Strong numerical and accounting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional Business Attire-Dress
• Flexible schedule with open availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
