Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a CNA/NA for a full-time position in Honolulu, Hawaii. The successful candidate must provide quality care and compassionate support to our senior clients while adhering to the standards of our organization. This position is an individual contributor role and offers competitive pay and benefits. Compensation & Benefits: The position offers competitive pay of $18 to $20 per hour and will be paid weekly. Additional benefits, such as health insurance, will be discussed upon hire. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with toileting, bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, feeding, and dressing.
• Monitor vital signs and adjustment of medications, therapies, and treatments as directed.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or mental connectedness to their professional caregiver.
• Document detailed notes related to any changes in client’s physical or mental state.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for the client.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and laundry.
• Assist with one-on-one outings to doctor’s visits, the park, and other social settings.
• Promote personal and emotional well-being of clients.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Nursing Aide certification
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in working with seniors and/or mental health management
• Demonstrated commitment and understanding of ethical practice
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel to client locations
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
