Description
MaineHealth Primary Care - Family Medicine/Addiction Medicine , a department of Stephens Hospital, is currently seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with interest in working with patients with complex substance use disorders . Come be a part of our dynamic team of providers, which includes a fellowship trained, board certified addiction medicine physician, a program coordinator, a certified addiction RN, two peer support specialists, a behavioral health clinician and a medical assistant who all work as a coordinated team to serve those members of our community with addiction. This program is unique in that it is embedded in a thriving primary care practice which consists of five family medicine physicians and three family nurse practitioners.
