Primary Responsibilities**

Daily duties include (but not limited to ) start 7 am to 5 pm with hour lunch monday-friday

Answering phones, support for our customers and insurance adjusters via email, docusign, etc. dispatch, scheduling, job file cooordinator, collections, A/R , maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. adobe, micro soft office/word, T sheets, data entry, need excellent knowledge of computors, spread sheets and other software programs as needed. Working with other departments to insure success, preparing contracts, assist with budgeting, prepare on boarding paperwork, monitor national accounts program compliance, manage subcontractor certifications, prepare and analize financial reports, etc. and have the ability to work well with others and have a strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

** ALSO MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF BOOKKEEPING/ ACCOUNTING PRACTICES FOR BACKUP FOR OUR FULL TIME, FULL CHARGE BOOKER, TO HELP OUT WHEN NEEDED.

Office manager, HR Complete bookkeeping and payroll, quick books online knowledge a must. 2 years

minimum verifiable experience

* Journal entries, A/R, billing, weekly / monthly reports, spreadsheets, calculate royalties
for corporate and whatever rules and regulations for corporate

* Maintain employment records, payroll processing procedures, maintain customer files

* Ensure compliance w/ federal, state, payroll regulations

* Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices

* Bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation. Credit card reconciliation

* Provide audits, jobs costing and other financial reporting requirements

* Monthly expense reporting and reconciliation

* Job file record keeping, help with collections, data entry , knowledge of "T" sheets

Position Requirements

* Ability to lift a minimum 35 lbs

* Must have reliable transportation

* Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license

* Successfully pass a drug screen and background check subject to applicable law

* Manage phone calls, correspondence

* Maintain punctual, regular attendance

* Ability to work well with co-workers, be able to follow directions
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast paced office

* Must be willing to relocate to Medford, OR

Location: Medford, Oregon
