Position Details:

Start Date: Begin your teaching journey immediately after completing the recruitment process.
Teaching Hours: Peak hours are Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 9 AM EDT, with additional hours available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Students: Work with bright young learners aged 4-12 from China, providing engaging one-on-one learning experiences or small group classes.
Class Duration: Deliver impactful lessons in 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute sessions, tailored to each student's unique needs.
Remuneration: Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $24 USD.
Contract Type: Join as an Independent Service Provider, enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Location: Work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver interactive and engaging lessons in Maths and/or Science.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help students reach their academic goals.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Stay informed about the latest educational trends and methodologies (knowledge of CAPS/GCSE/SAT is a plus).

Requirements:

Must reside in the USA, Canada, or the UK.
A degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching Maths and/or Science online (3-5 years).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A genuine passion for education and student success.

Technical Requirements:
Backup Power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life of 4-5 hours (2000VA).
Internet Connection: Stable fiber connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
Accessories: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a tidy, well-lit, quiet teaching environment.
