Job Title: Operating Room RN

Location: Hartsville SC 29550

Salary: $65000 $100000 (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team in Hartsville SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing providing highquality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This role requires a teamoriented individual who is committed to delivering excellence in patient safety and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients before during and after surgery ensuring a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and surgical technologists to ensure that surgical procedures run smoothly and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room for scheduled procedures ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Monitor and assess patients vital signs and condition during surgery making adjustments as necessary to ensure patient safety.
• Follow all aseptic and sterile techniques to prevent infection and maintain a controlled surgical environment.
• Provide postoperative care and education to patients and their families addressing any concerns or questions.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

MustHaves:

1. SC Nursing License: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina.
2. Experience: At least one year of experience in the Operating Room (OR) setting.
3. Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Hartsville SC or live in a nearby area.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures instruments and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a fastpaced team environment.
• Ability to handle highpressure situations with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospital surgical setting or outpatient surgery center.
• CNOR certification (Certified Perioperative Nurse) is a plus.
