The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Configuration Engineer to support our client’s modernization efforts across their Oracle HCM Cloud environment. This role involves designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion modules, with a strong emphasis on ORC, Talent, Learn, and Core HR. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in global HCM implementations, integration support, and the full hire-to-retire lifecycle, including customizations and patch impact analysis.

- Experience: 6-9 years

- Project Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Required Skills: - Oracle Fusion experience with configuration and support for ORC, Talent, and Learn
- End-to-end implementation and application support across multiple regions and countries
- HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation
- Oracle Redwood Design System, VBS customizations, and hire-to-retire process flows
- Experience customizing DFF, EFF, BI reports, approval workflows, OTBI, and OIC integrations
- Strong background in workflow development, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Journeys
- Knowledge of Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), OTBI reporting, and integration troubleshooting
- Experience conducting CRPs (Conference Room Pilots) and fit-gap analysis
Nice to Have: - Experience managing HCM security provisioning and resolving access issues
- Strong functional knowledge in HCM business processes and solution design
- Ability to document and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders
- Knowledge of Skill Nexus, Generative AI in Oracle, and LLMs
- Familiarity with HCM ADP connector
- Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (Navigator) SaaS is a plus
