Job Description:
We are looking to hire a  part-time Orthopedic Surgeon . The physician will have their own practice and office but will perform a few surgeries each month. This is a unique opportunity offering a profit-sharing model, allowing for flexibility and competitive earnings.

Compensation:

• Profit-sharing model with an 80/20 split (80% to the physician).
• Physicians will perform a few surgeries per month.
• Opportunity for additional earnings based on procedures performed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform orthopedic surgeries a few times per month.
• Maintain your own practice and office.
• Provide high-quality patient care and collaborate on surgical operations.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon.
• Valid medical license in California.
• Previous experience in orthopedic surgery required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
