We are currently seeking  high-energy, results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team. If you have  experience making outbound sales calls and enjoy building relationships over the phone, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career while earning  uncapped commissions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to engage trucking companies and offer our compliance services
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls
  • Pitch our services in a compelling, confident, and persuasive manner
  • Overcome objections and close sales over the phone
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversions

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills —you love talking to people!
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to hit and exceed sales quotas
