Job summary: Skilled Packaging Process Engineer to optimize packaging processes and improve efficiency in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing packaging systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize packaging processes
Implement improvements to enhance packaging efficiency and quality
Conduct process simulations and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Develop and maintain technical documentation and process specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in packaging process engineering
Experience with automated packaging systems and equipment
Knowledge of sustainable packaging practices and materials
Proficiency with CAD software and process simulation tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO)
