About the Position

Integrative Pain & Spine, a division of East Carolina Pain Consultants, is expanding in the beautiful Charlotte Arboretum area. Integrative Pain & Spine was the very first pain clinic at ECPC to open its doors in Charlotte. Our loyal and increasing patient base requires us to expand and we are proud to grow just two years after our first clinic opening! We are seeking a full-time fellowship-trained pain physician to join our division in a brand new clinic. This physician will be the leader of their own clinic and have an entire support staff they can work through. The physician will be responsible for new patients, procedures and follow up. We are looking for coverage to begin no later than September 1, 2024. This physician must be passionate about providing anesthesia-based interventional pain management.

Qualifications and Skills

This position is interventional based, with no pain medications prescribed. It is imperative that the incumbent physician desires an interventional pain management focus.
- Must be BC/BE
- Must have NC state license
- Must have clean malpractice history
- Desire for interventional pain procedures a must
- Strong personal and professional skills, people-oriented, desire to help build a strong culture and help the practice grow

Schedule

Schedule is a dream. Monday through Friday, no nights, weekends, holidays, or call shifts. First day will be in a brand new clinic with support staff. Patient cases will build in the first several months of business until the clinic can open full-time. With our marketing initiatives and our growing patient-base, it will not take long to fill the schedule and open to full capacity.

Compensation Package

Starting base is $300,000 the first year with incremental percentage increases. We offer a robust benefits package to include:
