What You’ll Be Doing: * Delivering Amazing Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and make sure everyone feels welcome. * Preparing Delicious Food & Drinks: Help craft our menu items, from fresh coffee to tasty bites, while maintaining high quality and consistency. * Keeping It Fresh: Keep the café clean, organized, and cozy. * Handling Transactions: Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions with confidence. * Health & Safety: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep everyone safe. What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Some background in customer service, food service, or as a barista/server is awesome (but not required!). * Skills: * Great communicator with a friendly, approachable attitude. * Multitasker who can stay cool and efficient in a busy café. * Detail-oriented and dedicated to serving top-notch food and drinks. * Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system. * Basic food safety knowledge (or a willingness to learn).
