Lighthouse Lab Services is excited to represent a laboratory in Mckinny, TX area that is looking for a Part-Time LCMS Supervisor to join their growing team!

Position Overview:

• Performs routine testing, quality control, calibration, maintenance, and proficiency testing in accordance with current laboratory procedures
• Follow CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines as described in their respective guidelines
• Responsible for providing day-to-day supervision of high-complexity test performance
• Must be onsite to provide direct supervision when high-complexity testing is performed by any individuals
• Responsible for monitoring test analyses and specimen examinations to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained.
• Assuring that all remedial actions are taken whenever test systems deviate from the established performance specifications
• Ensuring that patient test results are not reported until all corrective actions have been taken and the tests properly functioning
• Providing training to all testing personnel
• Annually evaluating and documenting the performance of all testing personnel
• Perform other duties as directed

Candidate Profile:

• B.S. in Biology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field
• Qualify a Technical Supervisor under CLIA guidelines and have at least 4 year of laboratory training or experience in high-complexity testing
• Experience with Agilent 6460 and ImmTox 270 EIA preferred
• Previous experience with toxicology sample prep

Salary / Shift:

Shift: Part-Time with flexible shifts. Choose what works best for you!

Salary: $24-33/hourly
