Job Description: Patient Safety Advocate
Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Patient Safety Advocate to provide supportive services for our government client. This position is on-site.
The ECOMPEX Career Position Supports The Following
Conduct Root Cause Analysis on patient safety events.
Provide the client with patient safety recommendations to mitigate safety risks or prevent incidents from reoccurring to improve processes.
Implement recommendations/strategies to reduce patient safety risks.
Brief executives on findings/data derived from Root Cause Analyses.
Perform proactive risk assessments to mitigate potential risks.
Attend weekly meetings with the client to develop patient safety goals.
Conduct routine research to stay abreast of patient safety initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen
Must have an active Secret security clearance.
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare-related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
15 years of experience in healthcare.
Primary work location: On-site
Travel Expectations: Travel is required for this position.
Position Type: On-site Work Schedule, Salaried position.
