About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Consultant to support the execution of Payer Marketing consulting services within the pharmaceutical industry. This role will be a key contributor to expanding service offerings within Market Access and Payer Strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Payer Marketing and/or Market Access, along with experience managing projects that enhance payer education and strategy.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., with occasional travel for client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of expanded Payer Marketing Services.
Lead operational project delivery with efficiency and effectiveness.
Support sales and contracting operations related to Payer Marketing Services.
Conduct research and utilize publicly available data to support topic-specific inquiries.
Coordinate and facilitate individual and group discussions in both virtual and in-person settings.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver value-driven insights.
Continuously enhance technical knowledge and professional skills to support the team's growth.
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience in Payer Marketing and/or Market Access within pharmaceutical companies or agencies.
Experience developing payer educational materials.
Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time as needed.
Preferred:
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries.
Background in marketing agencies with a focus on healthcare.
Familiarity with Market Research, Product Lifecycle, Launch Readiness, and Field Force Engagement.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $89,800 - $176,700 annually (based on experience, education, and location).
