Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client, Velocity Merchant Services (VMS), a company dedicated to the success of small businesses. VMS provides innovative payment processing solutions across industries such as grocery, restaurants, retail, spas/salons, and automotive. As they continue to grow, they are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and potential clients over the phone to understand their needs and present VMS’s products and services.
• Generate new business through outbound calling and lead follow-ups.
• Overcome objections and effectively communicate the benefits of VMS’s solutions.
• Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets.
• Maintain detailed records in the database and follow up with clients as needed.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to team goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Experience working on the phone is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/Arabic) are a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
• Full-time availability required.
