Description
Our client is looking for a reliable Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
Responsibilities:
+ Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees (multi-state preferred)
+ Ensure accuracy of timecards and pay rates
+ Manage deductions, benefits, garnishments, and taxes
+ Reconcile payroll reports and general ledger entries
+ Stay current on labor laws and payroll compliance regulations
+ Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 2-4 years of payroll experience (ADP, Paychex, or similar systems)
+ Understanding of payroll tax filings and labor laws
+ Strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
