Are you a passionate and skilled Personal Trainer looking for a rewarding opportunity at Anytime Fitness in Fairfax, VA? Join our team and take on the responsibility of overseeing a dynamic personal training program. In this role, you will lead a team of Certified Personal Trainers to develop and implement customized training plans for our members. Your main goal will be to not only meet but exceed our client's expectations, helping them reach their fitness goals. We are seeking a team player who thrives on working closely with individuals to achieve success. Responsibilities:

• Work with clients in group and private sessions
• Develop a comprehensive personal training program that meets customer needs and objectives
• Monitor customer activities and provide advice and guidance to help them achieve their fitness goals
• Facilitate communication between customers and trainers
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, while also actively seeking out new customers
• Ensure compliance with fitness regulations and safety protocols
• Acquire new clients as well as maintain existing ones

Qualifications:

• US Work Authorization
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Personal Trainer Certification
• Management Experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to motivate people to reach fitness goals
• Proven track record of reaching sales targets
• Ability to develop and implement creative strategies for marketing and promotions
• Knowledge of current fitness trends and techniques
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for enabling others with wellness and fitness knowledge and tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (weekend hours are limited)
