Description We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to join a fast-paced and collaborative team in Irwindale, CA (91706). The ideal Pharmacy Clerk is detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in either a warehouse or pharmacy setting. This is a full-time role with consistent weekday hours - perfect for someone looking to grow within a stable and supportive work environment. The Pharmacy Clerk will play a crucial role in the efficient shipment of medications to patients. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (No weekends) Work Location: Irwindale, CA 91706 Responsibilities + Pack medications accurately and efficiently for daily shipments + Assist with ordering and restocking of supplies + Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the shift + Operate pallet jacks and pallet lifts (training provided) + Work standing for 8 hours per shift + Collaborate with a team of 11 to ship approximately 1,000 packages daily + Ensure packages are prepared according to safety and compliance standards + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Support warehouse inventory control tasks + Follow company procedures for handling pharmaceutical items Requirements Job Requirements + 1+ year of warehouse experience (required) + 1+ year of pharmacy experience (preferred but not required) + Ability to lift 40-pound boxes safely and repeatedly + Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 8 hours) + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Willingness to learn pallet jack and pallet lift operation (training provided) + No professional license or certification required TalentMatch® ­Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
