Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Pain Management PA to provide high-quality care to our patients. The successful candidate will have opportunities to diagnose, develop treatment plans, perform in-office procedures, and provide ongoing patient education and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized pain management plans in a patient-centered team-based care model
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to aid in the diagnosis of pain conditions.
• Administer treatments such as injections, nerve blocks, and other interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about pain management strategies, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with advancements in pain management.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited PA program.
• Current state licensure and certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates (NCCPA).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pain management preferred
• Strong clinical skills in pain management procedures and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interprofessional environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
