Job Type: Fulltime Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to Polishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with product and servicerelated inquiries.
  • Handle and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the internal system.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish (C1 level or higher).
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Eligibility to work in Greece.
