Job Description

Somni Restaurant is seeking a night time Polisher to join the team.
This Polisher position will play a crucial role in the restaurant operations and will focus on maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant's high end cocktail and wine glasses, plates and cutlery.
This is a part time position and will be from 7pm until the end of service (11:30pm/12am).
The perfect candidate will place great emphasize on the perfect condition of the items and avoids breakage at all cost.
Further responsibilities:
Maintains kitchen area cleanliness, including floors, walls, and shelves.
Arrives on time, prepared, and attends all shifts and required meetings.
Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Ensures a clean, safe environment and maintains equipment standards.
Reports safety hazards and performs additional tasks as assigned.

Creative problem-solving and critical decision-making skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to speak and hear, vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Constant standing with some walking
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
Be able to climb stairs and ladders or step stools
Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates.
Work both in indoor and outdoor (patio) settings
