LaSalle Network is partnering with a company based in Naperville, IL looking to hire a contract Print Designer . Our client is a leading home warranty and repair service company dedicated to providing peace of mind to homeowners across the nation. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they offer comprehensive coverage and efficient repair solutions for homes of all sizes.

We are seeking a talented Print Designer to assist with our client’s creative team. As a Print Designer , you will be responsible for creating visually compelling print materials that effectively communicate our client’s brand message and offerings to their customers. From brochures and flyers to direct mail campaigns and promotional materials, your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand presence and driving customer engagement.

Print Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for various print materials, including brochures, flyers, postcards, direct mail campaigns and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
• Ensure that all print materials are produced to the highest quality standards, with careful attention to detail and accuracy
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our print materials

Print Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• Proven experience as a Print Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign , Illustrator and Photoshop) and other graphic design software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, layout and color
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
