Position: Private Equity Associate
Location : Atlanta, Georgia
Key Responsibilities :
Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess investment opportunities, including revenue and cost projections, valuation, and sensitivity analyses.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments.
Assist in structuring transactions, negotiating terms, and preparing investment memos and presentations for the firm's investment committee.
Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, identifying opportunities for operational improvements and growth initiatives.
Support senior team members in managing relationships with external advisors, industry experts, and portfolio company management teams.
Qualifications :
~ Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
~2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity, with a proven track record of executing transactions and conducting financial analysis.
~ Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
~ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
~ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
~ Genuine interest in private equity investing and a commitment to delivering outstanding results for investors and portfolio companies.
