We're looking for a talented Product Analyst to join our team and help us transform the way we manage supply chain and logistics. In this role, you'll work with a dynamic team to solve complex challenges and enhance our operations through data-driven insights.
What You'll Do:
Drive Key Decisions: Use advanced analytical techniques to perform in-depth analyses and guide critical product and business decisions.
Automate Processes: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to automate operational processes and optimize efficiency.
Optimize Operations: Build models to enhance driver planning, and provide insights on hiring strategies, performance, and retention.
Forecast and Plan: Conduct growth and expansion analyses, including demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Measure Impact: Evaluate the success of product launches through experimentation and measurement, and recommend solutions based on data.
Build Data Models: Architect and build production data models that support data-driven decision-making and provide clean, transformed data ready for analysis.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Research, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams to influence strategy and drive impactful roadmaps.
Define Best Practices: Develop and maintain data documentation, and define best practices for data modeling and architecture.
What We're Looking For:
Educational Background: A degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in analytics or analytics engineering with a strong focus on data analysis, modeling, and actionable insights, especially in operational and supply chain contexts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python), and experience with statistical inference, predictive modeling, and data transformation systems (e.g., DBT).
Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to design and evaluate experiments, and experience with software version control systems (e.g., Git).

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and be willing to tackle new challenges and learn from them.
Additional Perks:
Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
Equity: Eligible for equity opportunities
Travel: Required up to 15% of the time

Location Requirement: This role is remote, but candidates must be residing in specified states.
