We are excited to partner with a leading fintech company in their search for a skilled Product Designer. In this pivotal role, you will help shape the product strategy and vision, taking full ownership of every feature from initial sketches to final implementation.
To thrive in this position, you should have a strong foundation in UI/UX design, excellent collaboration skills, and a keen eye for visual detail. As a senior team member, you will closely collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, iterate, and launch essential features.
Define user experiences, interactions, and interfaces through user flows, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, and visual designs.
Present insights and areas for improvement to leadership through research and data visualization.
Create functional prototypes to validate and test your designs.
Develop product marketing content to support the marketing team during product launches.
Ensure visual and brand consistency across all products and platforms.
Mentor and coach junior designers to aid their professional growth.
Stay updated on current industry trends and market conditions
4+ years in fast-paced, creative environments, at a fintech
Proficiency in all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
A compelling portfolio that showcases high-quality design work and illustrates your design thinking process.
A well-trained eye for visual design, with a focus on precision-every pixel counts!
Strong ability to articulate your design decisions clearly, both visually and in writing, to engage and inspire others.
Excellent teamwork skills to thrive in cross-functional settings.
Experience with design and prototyping tools like Sketch, InVision, and Figma.
