We're looking for a Product Designer with strong executional skills, UI craft, and systems thinking to join our product team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping interfaces and improving usability across our platform—working in close collaboration with senior designers, engineers, and product managers.
This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, contribute to design libraries, execute reliably, and grow their impact in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Design Execution Deliver high-quality UI designs that align with brand and product guidelines Contribute to and maintain our shared design libraries and components
Translate wireframes and concepts into polished interfaces and Figma prototypes
Apply consistency, hierarchy, spacing, and design system thinking in every component
Work alongside engineers to ensure smooth implementation and accurate design translation Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to understand feature goals and translate them into actionable design
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, QA notes, and internal reviews
Assist in shaping workflows and tools that empower creative users
Take on ownership of small-to-medium features end-to-end with guidance from senior team members
Help maintain design documentation and spec clarity across projects
Required Experience
3–5 years of experience in product/UI/UX design, ideally in a SaaS or B2B software environment Proven ability to ship features in collaboration with engineering teams
Strong proficiency with Figma (libraries, prototypes, variants)
A portfolio that showcases attention to detail, clean UI work, and contributions to live product releases
Basic understanding of accessibility and usability principles
Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
Familiarity with creative tools or content creation workflows
Spanish or English language proficiency (depending on location)
Highly execution-oriented with an eye for polish and pixel precision
Comfortable taking direction but proactive in asking questions and proposing solutions
Able to handle feedback constructively and iterate quickly
Strong communicator and dependable team player
