Responsibilities
• Operating machinery and equipment to assemble, package, or process products according to production guidelines.
• Inspecting finished products for quality assurance and ensuring all items meet company standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety and efficiency protocols.
• Monitoring the production line to identify and address any issues or malfunctions in real-time.
• Following company procedures and safety regulations to ensure a smooth and safe workflow.
Qualifications
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts while standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or fast-paced work environment preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-energy workplace and meet production goals.
Pay
$21.06 Per Hour
Schedule
Swing Shift | 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday -Friday
Grave Shift | 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM | Monday -Friday
*Mandatory OT on the weekends
