Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Boston United States. As a Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes ensuring efficient operations and maintaining highquality standards. Salary $68548 plus an annual bonus $30000 bonus paid monthly and company car.

• Develop and implement production strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Manage and coordinate daily production activities including scheduling resource allocation and quality control
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
• Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
• Develop and manage production budgets controlling costs while meeting quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Lead mentor and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals
• Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field
• Proven experience (5 years) in production management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate largescale operational teams
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
• Proficiency in production management software and MS Office suite
• Indepth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
• Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to meeting production deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Selfconfident and responsible with a proven track record of achieving production goals
