Position Overview We are seeking a Production Planner to oversee and manage production schedules ensuring 100% ontime delivery of customer orders. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to optimize production efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet all customer order deadlines.
• Analyze sales order releases to determine capacity planning and material requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing purchasing and other departments to address material status and resolve production planning challenges.
• Expedite and prioritize job orders in coordination with Project Managers.
• Coordinate and lead weekly production schedule meetings to ensure alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Regular and punctual onsite attendance is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Flexibility to interchange responsibilities within the department as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work cooperatively with others and engage respectfully with customers vendors employees and executive management.
