12 hour day shift role 6am-6pm.
Job Summary of the Production Supervisor : The Production Supervisor will supervise all shift employees in the facility.
Job Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:
· Lead and supervise all production personal.
· Coordinate all daily activities.
· Work with Operators regarding all raw materials.
· Evaluate products ensuring finished product meets all quality specifications.
· Implement and enforce safety and regulatory programs.
· Ensure daily performance and KPI’s are being met.
· Ensure inventory accuracy and timely completion.
· Work with Production and Process Managers.
· Complete weekly and monthly production schedules.
· Coordinate and schedule equipment repairs with maintenance.
· Ensure compliance with all company, state and federal policies.
Education & Experience of the Production Supervisor:
· High School Degree or Equivalent Required, Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
· 2+ years of previous supervisory/management experience within a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
