The Production Supervisor (Night Shift) opening is in our Bloomsburg PA. Relocation assistance will be offered to qualified candidates!

We are a leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum products and systems for the commercial construction industry.

Work Schedule:

2week rotating schedule 6:00pm6:00am (1st week: Monday Tuesday Saturday and Sunday & 2nd week: Wednesday Thursday Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Manage lead and be accountable for the crew s environmental health and safety performance and practices. Lead EHS initiatives throughout the organization.
• Lead and engage hourly teams in process improvement and rapid problemsolving activities; Resolve conflict; coach and counsel employees.
• Expectations of 2550% of time spent coaching/interacting with employees.
• Monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions to meet goals.
• Solving problems to the root to prevent a recurrence.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding production goals including production output safety on time delivery and people initiatives within a traditional unit supervisor.
• Effectively enforce workplace rules policies procedures and labor agreement
• Direct the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing) including 5S standardized work work balance product flow and TPM improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution

3 years experience in a manufacturing environment

Supervisor experience in a unionized environment > Preferred
