Professional Land Surveyor/Survey Manager

One of our top Civil Engineering clients is looking for a highly motivated and energetic North Carolina Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to assist with the day-to-day operations of our survey department. The company current runs three full time survey crews and needs assistance with the compiling and base mapping of survey data, generating staking calculations, preparing record plat maps, preparing ALTA surveys, preparing boundary surveys, topographic surveys, preparing loan maps, and other related functions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Companies ATS Questions) :
1. Are you a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina or the ability to transfer/obtain from another state in a very short amount of time.
2. Do you have 3 5 years experience.
3. Do you have Experience in survey computations, office, and field procedures.
4. Do you have Experience in Performing quality control of all survey documents, including survey plans, record plats, ALTA surveys, legal descriptions, deed searches, boundary surveys, topographic surveys and review of title commitment reports.
5. Do you have Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
6. Do you have Experience with the use of Conventional, robotic and GPS survey and data collection equipment.
7. Do you have Experience in subdivision design and associated surveying requirements for design and construction staking.
8. Do you have Experience with municipal utility infrastructure projects and associated surveying requirements for design and construction staking.
9. Do you have Must have valid drivers license.
10. Do you have a Bachelors degree in civil engineering preferred.
11. Do you have Knowledge of practices and principles used in land surveying and civil engineering; ability to identify potential conflicts and issues. - NICE TO HAVE
12. Do you have Knowledge of workplace safety and site safety principles. - NICE TO HAVE
