We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Manager to lead our Community Service Agency (CSA). You'll play a crucial role in providing intensive care coordination to young people aged 3 to 21, helping them navigate serious emotional disturbances (SED). This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with flexibility for remote work and community visits (reliable transportation required).
What You'll Do:
Provide Vision and Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners, ensuring the effective delivery of our CSA program.
Champion the Wraparound Model: Ensure that your team consistently adheres to the ten principles of the Wraparound model in all their work.
Build a Strong Team: Lead the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of program staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Provide 24/7 Support: Offer on-call emergency support to ensure the well-being of our clients.
What You'll Need:
Education: A Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: LICSW or LMHC licensure.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
3 years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program (preferred).
Skills: Reliable transportation for community visits.
