We're seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join our Community Service Agency (CSA) team! What You'll Be Doing:
Inspiring Leadership: Provide vision, leadership, supervision, training, and evaluation for all program staff.
Team Empowerment: Direct 1-1 supervision of Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners.
Wraparound Model Champion: Ensure staff consistently adhere to the ten principles of the Wraparound model.
Talent Development: Conduct hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the AVP of Child, Youth, and Family Services.
24/7 Support: Provide back-up 24/7 emergency on-call beeper coverage.
Making a Real Difference: Help Youth and their families navigate the system and get the care that they need.
What You'll Need:
Education: Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
License: LICSW or LMHC.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program (preferred).
Skills:
Access to consistently reliable transportation.
