Position Description

Atrixon seeks a skilled Program Manager to lead aviation maintenance projects at Yuma Proving Ground. In this role, you will oversee contract execution, ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and manage project deliverables. The Program Manager will be the main point of contact for contract matters, working closely with government representatives to meet all operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serves concurrently as Program Manager and as Maintenance Test Pilot for UH-60L Blackhawk.
• Leading aviation maintenance operations and ensuring contract compliance.
• Managing project timelines, resources, and personnel to meet contract objectives.
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and performance.
• Ensuring compliance with FAA standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate of the US Army Maintenance Pilot course.
• Minimum of 5 years in Army Aviation Service.
• At least 3 years of experience as a maintenance test pilot.
• 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command.
• FAA Commercial Rotorcraft rating with instrument endorsement.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Active Secret Clearance
