Job Description

The Programs Manager is responsible for aiding PreK-12 school partners in the strategic planning and development of programs, as well as managing program data. Other potential duties may include messaging and/or storytelling for school partner programs. The position will also be responsible for community outreach and community partnership development. The position reports to the Programs Director and CEO.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Support school Programming and Technical Assistance
• Utilize BeGreat Together program development model and any other applicable methodologies to support school partners in program strategy and sustainability
• Build network of organizations, institutions, and individuals to enhance services provided by partner programs or initiatives, as well as BeGreat Together
• Support school staff in creating organized engagement strategies for student in-school partners and BeGreat Together program activities
• Support the alignment of school programs with additional BeGreat Together initiatives

2) Data Collections
• Work with school partners to develop key outcomes and milestones
• Keep track of partner data and milestones

3) Storytelling
• Work with CEO and communications manager to identify and develop ideas for storytelling of partner successes, which may include written, oral, and/or visual mediums

4) Peer-to-Peer Groups
• Continue the development of BeGreat Together school peer-to-peer groups, for the buildout of program best practices

5) BeGreat School Programs
• Support the development, implementation, and growth of future and current BeGreat Together school programs, including: Professional certification alignment for students and community engagement strategies

6) Team Support
• Be of general team support and thought partnership for major BeGreat Together events

Actual Job Responsibilities
1. Report to and work closely with the Programs Director and CEO on school program strategies
2. Develop and collect school program data
3. Community outreach and partnership development
4. Facilitating and/or creating BeGreat Together school programs
5. Identify opportunities for storytelling
6. Develop program alignment across the organization
7. Document processes that support program planning and efficiency
8. Other duties as assigned 

Professional Qualifications Needed
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Transparent and high integrity
• Organized
• Knowledge of strategic planning 
• Relationship building
• Group facilitation skills

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $50,000 - 74,999
