Focusing on what makes our clients unique we match them with the talent they need to continue to grow. We are currently searching for a Maintenance Mechanic II. O ur client located in Waukegan, IL, is one of the largest privately owned co-packers in the bar and snack industry.

Position Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, timelines, and expectations.

• Project Management Support: Assist in the planning and execution of client projects from inception to completion, coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules.

• Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

• Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and tools, to meet project requirements.

• Client Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.

• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle and find effective solutions.

• Documentation: Maintain thorough records of project documentation, including contracts, meeting notes, project plans, and timelines.
• Product Recalls: Serve as recall lead and assist Quality Manager or their designee on all recalls.
• Inventory: Maintain proper inventory levels within BMC warehouses.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment required.

College Degree and/or equivalent related experience.

Understanding of ERP planning and purchasing

PC literacy- experience using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook; SAP and Navision experience a plus

Excellent organizational and communication skills-able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with a variety of changing situations

Able to work independently and in a group environment
