Position: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) / Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) (dual certified)

Work Schedule: Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work & locals to the area are preferred)

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dual-certified PMHNP/FNP with a MINIMUM of 1 year of post-graduation relevant clinical experience to join our growing team. This role combines Psychiatric care with wellness services, including Weight Loss and Hormone Optimization/Replacement Therapy (HRT), to enhance the overall well-being of our clients. Prior experience in these areas is a plus but not required. Interest in these areas is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and wellness assessments for diverse populations, including support for Weight Loss, Hormone Optimization/Replacement Therapy (HRT), and lifestyle wellness goals.
• Develop and implement individualized psychiatric and wellness treatment plans.
• Build therapeutic relationships to foster trust and engagement with patients.
• Collaborate closely with our team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Dual certification as a PMHNP/FNP (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation relevant clinical experience (applications without this experience will not be considered).
• Dedication to high-quality care and a patient-centered approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Weight Loss and Hormone Optimization/Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a plus but not required.
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, technology-driven environment.
