Your Role
As a Remote PMHNP, you'll play a vital role in delivering patient-centered mental health care. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting virtual psychiatric evaluations to assess and diagnose mental health disorders.
Prescribing and managing medications tailored to individual patient needs.
Providing individual and group therapy sessions to support patient recovery and wellness.
Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintaining thorough and accurate medical records in compliance with best practices and privacy regulations.
Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on the latest practices in mental health care.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license.
Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with patients.
Independence: Confidence to work autonomously while also being a strong collaborator within a team.
Organization: Strong time management and organizational abilities to balance responsibilities effectively.
Experience: Prior experience in telehealth or remote healthcare is highly desirable.
