• Build and nurture relationships with customers, communicating the company’s promotional services, and serving as a liaison between the organization and the public.

• Develop and implement PR strategies and community-based campaigns that enhance brand awareness and visibility.

• Foster positive relationships with consumers, community organizations, employees, and public interest groups to strengthen the company’s image.

• Coach client representatives on effective communication techniques to improve brand representation.

• Analyze company objectives and communication needs to craft PR strategies that influence public perception and promote company services.

• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity through targeted communications aimed at specific audiences.

• Work closely with the Operations Director to assess market trends and advertising effectiveness, ensuring alignment with public relations goals.

Qualifications:

• Preferred but not required : Experience in community relations , sales , or public relations .

• Strong ability to build rapport with community members and engage with diverse audiences.

• Excellent organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive, professional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
