We seek a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and execute all public relations activities, develop and implement PR strategies, and maintain a positive image of IBC Group in the media and among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Relations
Build and nurture relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers in the crypto, blockchain, AI, and Web3 sectors.
Secure organic media coverage across top-tier outlets (e.g., CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, TechCrunch, Forbes, Wired).
Act as the main point of contact for media inquiries.
2. PR Strategy Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that emphasizes earned media and aligns with the company’s goals.
Create engaging press releases, pitches tailored to diverse Web3, crypto, and AI audiences.
3. Thought Leadership
Position executives and the brand as industry thought leaders through bylined articles, interviews, speaking opportunities, and panel appearances.
Collaborate with the content team to craft compelling narratives and story angles.
4. Campaign Management
Plan and execute media campaigns for key milestones such as product launches, partnerships, events, and funding announcements.
Measure and report campaign success using KPIs like media mentions, share of voice, and website traffic from media.
5. Community Engagement
Work closely with the marketing and community teams to ensure the brand’s messaging resonates with target audiences across Web3 communities, DAOs, and developer ecosystems.
7. Crisis Communication
Develop and implement effective crisis communication strategies, mitigating risks and ensuring consistent brand messaging during challenging times.
Qualifications:
5+ years in public relations, with at least 2+ years in the crypto, blockchain, AI, or Web3 industries.
Demonstrated ability to secure organic coverage in top-tier publications without paid placements.
Extensive media contacts in tech, crypto, and blockchain spaces.
Strong writing skills, with experience crafting press releases, thought leadership articles, and executive pitches.
Proven ability to develop and execute PR strategies aligned with business goals.
Familiarity with blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and AI technologies is a must.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
