Quality Assurance Investigator Role

American Laboratories invites you to apply for a pivotal position as a Quality Assurance Investigator. Tasked with overseeing quality investigations at American Laboratories, LLC, you will assume a crucial role within our organization.

Based at a strategic south location, this role demands collaboration with multiple management levels and entails coordination across various office settings.

Your Impact:

  • Engage in thorough investigative activities concerning quality events like deviations, out-of-specification issues, and laboratory QC evaluations, as well as corrective actions.
  • Craft and assess standard operating procedures related to quality systems, complaints, and change controls.
  • Foster interdepartmental documentation cooperation and contribute to project team efforts.
  • Deliver recap of Quality department metrics at management reviews and engage in cGMP discussions.
  • Analyze and deploy Key Performance Indicators utilizing bracketing and trending methodologies.
  • Offer advisory and training support to personnel for enhanced documentation practices.
  • Contribute to the audit process within ALI’s internal and external frameworks.
  • Actively seek and implement continual improvements in our quality systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Advantageous: Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
  • Minimum of three years engaged with SFDA and cGMP protocols.
  • Solid QA/QC practice grounding with three years minimum experience.
  • Proven ability in relaying skills, translating knowledge, and interpreting regulations adeptly.
  • Competent with cGMP manufacturing principles, documentation, and data integrity standards.
  • Combines strategic insight with meticulous attention to metric-driven undertakings.
  • Handles concurrent projects proactively.
  • Demonstrates excellent organization, time management, and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively.
  • Clear communication—both written and verbal.
