React & Node.js Developer Description

We are seeking a Senior React & Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of innovative, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in React and Node.js technologies, leveraging their expertise to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. This role demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and provides mentorship to other developers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute actively and strengthen development efforts within React-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement project requirements
• Ensure that all projects adhere to high quality standards
• Identify, debug, and resolve issues that arise during development
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members
• Make data-driven decisions to enhance application efficiency
• Foster a collaborative and productive working environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional working experience in software development using JavaScript
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js and TypeScript
• Proficient in Node.js, AWS and cloud-native deployment practices
• Background in developing medium-load, large-scale business-critical applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and competency in debugging
• Capability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum English language proficiency of B2 or higher

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React Native with additional web development experience
